A 35-year-old man arrested today in Vlora during a police operation led by SPAK, as well as two others declared wanted, were planning to kill Inez Hajrullan.

The police handcuffed Muharem Koroveshi, also known as Muharem Ismali or Muharem Myftaraj, were placed in the police handcuffs, and two of his associates were declared wanted.

Voxnews.al learns that the three were cooperating to execute Hajrulla, a name well known to police and who has previously escaped two attempts.

Inez Hajrulla is a name designated as a criminal contingent for the police, who escaped two attacks, first in 2017 and then in 2019.

2017 assassination

The attack was carried out with explosives in his vehicle, where he lost a leg. The attack occurred one of the premises, which in Vlora is known as the place frequented by Edison Harizaj, one of Vlora's strongmen, killed in Durres. The suspect is part of the hariding group. He is the son of a well-known businessman in the coastal city and is known as a person with risk.

The young man has been convicted twice. In February 2018, Hajrulla received a two-year sentence for "Disobeying the order of the Public Order Police Officer" and "Carrying without a permit and manufacture of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". The sentence was related to the weapon he was found during the november 2017 bombing, but the sentence was suspended, leaving the youngster on probation. He was also sentenced to eight months in prison for "Removing prisoner from the place of stay" at the end of the year.

Inez Hajrulla is a person taken into the investigation for the disappearance of Elvis Troqes in Vlora, in July 2017. His involvement in the case came after one of the witnesses, who is the last person to meet 25-year-old Troqe, told investigators that Elvis had left the bar where they were staying, telling him that he would meet a friend named Ini, who allegedly refers to Inez Hajrullë, as in Vlora he is known as "Ini i Çone". In addition to the disappearance of the 25-year-old, Hajrulla is suspected of being impregnated and in other criminal events, which are still unsolved.

2019 assassination

Hajrulla was staying in a cafe in the Oslo complex in lungomare, in the company of two other people, when suddenly automatic hail was unleashed from two cars.

The shooters were apparently amateurs, as none of the bullets caught the target, but a Vlora municipal employee named Dajko Cenodemaj, 58, who was drinking coffee with three of his friends, was injured by accident.

The perpetrators fled by burning two cars in Babicë's area, one of them a Land Rover, which resulted in stolen license plates and two burned automatics were seized.
