He also called for more focus on catching wanted persons, focusing on one wanted person in particular who, every time the Police conduct a search, weapons are found in his apartment. But he has not yet been caught. We are talking about Ylli Zalla.
Illegal possession of firearms, environmental crimes, as well as the dynamic follow-up of citizens' concerns, no matter how small, were some of the other messages that the Director General left, requesting more commitment and professionalism.
Further, Hita demanded better performance from Police employees, emphasizing that the new premises where they will work require a different performance, in order for citizens to receive the highest quality service.
At the end of the meeting, the Director General asked the Traffic Police services to rigorously implement the orders given, focusing on technology for recording violations.
