One of the candidates for judge told in an interview to Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha what happened in the Magistrate's exam.

He said that in one case, a candidate from 12 points got 50 points, a very big difference, even though the margin of error is less than 4%. The Magistrate's competition from which the new judges and prosecutors in the country emerge has been accompanied by strong shadows of scandal the day before.

The candidates' exam, after it was submitted by the latter, was checked with a scantron and in the presence of everyone, the winning list was also announced, from which it was found that 79 names received 63 to 86 points, enough to be ranked in head. But 24 hours later, when the official list was announced, it turned out that there were no longer 79 winners, but 121..

Interview with the candidate:

Candidate:  The moment they enter the hall, they sit in their positions that have assigned the ordinal number

Did the exam start at the appointed time?

Candidate: It started at the appointed time, but since from the appointed time to the moment the thesis is distributed, the theses are printed, selected, it takes at least 2 hours, during this time you have to sit for 2 hours, you must have a little bit of emotions and a little bit of they all had to go to the bathroom, there were also pregnant women there who could not carry

Did someone ask to go to the bathroom?

Candidate:  It is not allowed to move from the place when you sit, surprise, this was the first surprise, there was a noise because people are needed at the end of the day, the theses had not been distributed yet, because the process lasts 2 hours, it had not started yet. At a quarter past 10, the exam started, the first theses were photocopied, the thesis process was suspended, and the lottery for new theses was drawn. Because people went to the bathroom, it was not allowed. This stalemate was suspended as a process, they were given the opportunity to go to the bathroom, three quarters of an hour was postponed, the theses were printed from the beginning, it had never happened, from 8 to 12 people... the exam was held for 2 and a half hours and was reading makes me cringe. Then the answers came out, from the history of other years, the first stage takes almost half, but this time only 79 people passed out of 430, we were all surprised how it is possible. They said we got another scranton since the problem was with the first scranton, it is not known.

The second Scranton produced more winners. Why do you think it is questionable as a process?

Candidate:  At least as far as what is being discussed here with the people who come out was a case where 12 points went from somewhere to 50 points, it seems that scranton made a lot of mistakes, scranton's margin of error is at least less than 4%. From the 79 people who have won in the first phase, now you have 121 who have made the list, while you have other people who are coming and doing the verifications.
