Ardian Çapja, considered by SPAK as the head of a criminal group that ordered revenge murder, was questioned by Belgian investigators inside the prison cells of Burrel, where he was transited and suffered life imprisonment.

Sources told VNA that the Belgians asked Capjan about some well-known underworld characters in the country, as well as about his relationship with Bledar Muca, who was excedicated in Belgium. Ardian Capjas' testimony is kept top secret, but it is thought to serve the investigation belgian authorities are conducting into Albanian exponents of crime.

One of these exhibitors was Bledar Muca, a trusted man of Ardian Capjas, who was shot dead in Belgium.

Muca escaped two assassination attempts in Albania, and was the main suspect in the murder of former police officer Roland Rexhepi, known as Doda and his brother Ilir Rexhepi, but was never convicted of these crimes.

Meanwhile, Ardian Çapja, along with his nephew Florenc Çapja, who is based in Dubai, have been convicted as the order and financier of the murder of Nezir and Gentian Beqiri, father and son in 2012 at their home in Elbasan.

Gentian Beci accused him of participating in the murder of his brother, Sokol Çapja. Against Ardian and Florenc Capjas was confessed the penitent Ervis Bardhi, but the defendants have rejected his testimony, considering the witness unreliable.

Ardian Capjas also executed his lawyer, Ravik Gurra, in a bar in the heart of Tirana.
