The Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption, SPAK, is verifying the investigative file in charge of the Minister of State for Local Government , Arbjan Mazniku.

SPAK emphasized that the file for the investigation of the government minister, who is also the political leader of the Elbasan District, has been passed on to it by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.

The capital's prosecutor's office has forwarded the file to SPAK for jurisdiction, while the file has been administered by special prosecutors.

" The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has forwarded the file to us for jurisdiction. The file has been drawn and is being verified ," SPAK informs .
