The well-known doctor Tritan Kalo has shared the good news with his followers. His wife has won the battle with pancreatic cancer.

"For the Kalo Jr Family, this day marks the beginning of a new day-life especially for my wife and the pious mother of our three stars full of light-life and love, with the closing of the chapter of the "one-year battle" with Head Cancer of the Pancreas", writes the doctor Dear to all Albanians.

Doctor Kalo writes that his wife was treated for a year at the "BC-Cancer Victoria" center in British Columbia, Canada, and he does not hesitate to share his experience in this clinic with his followers.

17.11.2023……The beginning of the weekend for all Albanian speakers everywhere in the World, so spend it as well as possible among your loved ones…..For the Kalo Jr Family, this day marks the beginning of a new day-life especially for my Wife and the devoted mother of our three stars full of light-life and love, with the closing of the chapter of the "one-year battle" with Pancreatic Head Cancer/"Steve Job's disease" (mid-November 2022 - mid-November 2023)…..One "bad dream" experienced full of anxiety and effort after a rather radical operation ("Whipple's procedure") and six months of chemotherapy....My support and help as a husband and as a doctor, as well as for the children, has been and will remain forever for him…..I wanted to share with my well-wishers this extraordinary joy…..A reminder to the Albanian Health Authorities regarding the care of cancer patients in British Columbia….1- The center for the diagnosis and treatment of these of diseases is one of the most modern in the world.... 2- Follow-up and treatment is completely free.... 3- There is no thought of interruption of treatment due to the lack of medications.... 4- Parking is free and special for patients who are treated in this center of excellence....5- In case of geographical distance with "BC - Cancer Victoria", since Vancouver Island is slightly larger than the territory of London Albania, near the hospital the non-oligarch donors of the unique "Made in Albania" model, have built and regularly finance a building where the sick and their relatives are sheltered and fed during the treatment....6- Everyone has a well-defined time for doing imaging examinations, receiving chemotherapy and consultations with Oncologists, so it is not at all necessary to go and wait there anxiously whether you will be examined or treated that day.... 7- A group of volunteer pensioners with their own means see the sick for treatment and then return them home, not that there is no ambulance transport service, BUT psychologically this has a better effect on the sick who have the impression that they are with their missing relatives...
From now on, another chapter of joy-life begins for us, along which vigilance care will not be lacking, because cancer is a treacherous disease and sometimes not predictable.... The quick catch a year ago and the timely treatment of the disease, what we put behind us today, makes it mandatory for us to such attitude….
We are very, very grateful to our relatives, friends and well-wishers for their interest and support during this very difficult year for us....Together forever!!!
