The 2-year-old girl who was sent to the hospital on November 15 by her aunt, according to sources near the police, it turns out that the signs of cigarette burns were made at least 1 week before she was sent for treatment.

From the investigations that the police have carried out so far, it appears that the signs were caused by her 9-year-old brother.

The boy was interrogated in the presence of the psychologist and admitted that he is the cause of the symptoms, without a clear explanation as to why. The girl's aunt and parents were also questioned.

Initially, the police had doubts about the author of the burns, but after the investigative actions, it turned out that the little girl was not violated by other people.

On suspicion, 2 forensic examinations were carried out, the first to determine what caused the signs, which resulted from the cigarette and the second the possibility of a possible sexual abuse.

After the examination, it was found that the girl was not sexually abused. Meanwhile, the signs that the minor has on her body, because they have not been treated for days, and itches from the pain, have spread and become infected.

Agents of Commissariat no. 4 are preparing the documentation for the referral of the case to the social service for the removal of parental rights. Her family lives in miserable economic conditions.
