Former prosecutor Tom Deda has filed a request with the Administrative Court to become part of the process as a third party. After a 20-minute withdrawal of the trial panel to consider the request, the session resumed and the former prosecutor entered the courtroom.

In his claims, Deda says that Dado's appointment coincides with the time when he was fired.

Deda: The way I was removed and fired, a position had to be opened and someone else appointed. They had to fire me and appoint Ols Dadon. But the time periods coincide.

Court: What interest do you have in this trial? What is your direct interest?

Deda: Ina Rama dismissed me for a criminal purpose. The moment Ols Dado is dismissed, I will file a claim for damages because apparently they dismissed me to appoint Dado. The procedure began in September 2008 and ended in October 2009. Then I won the right in the Supreme Court and I returned in 2013. They are a criminal organization together with Ina Rama.

Veliaj: For every citizen like the municipality of Tirana who is concerned about the kidnapping of the mayor of Tirana.
