The Court of Tirana has ordered Noizy and Dj Crax to be detained in prison for the purpose of extradition. The rapper and DJ were arrested after the accusations that they raped the Kosovar tiktoker Medi Isenin in a night club in Peja.

It is reported that the procedures for the extradition of Noizy and DJ Crax to Kosovo have started.

Decision of the Court

Validate as legal the temporary arrest, carried out on 07.08.2024, at 07:30, for extradition purposes, of the citizen RR.
To impose on the RR citizen the restrictive measure "Arrest in prison" for extradition purposes, provided for by articles 238 and 493 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Validate as legal the temporary arrest, carried out on 07.08.2024, at 08.00, for extradition purposes, of citizen BB.5. To impose on the BB citizen the coercive measure "Arrest in prison" for extradition purposes, provided by articles 238 and 493 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
A copy of this decision must be communicated to the Ministry of Justice, according to the provisions of article 495, point 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The prosecutor and judicial police are ordered to implement this decision.
An appeal can be made against this decision in the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction, within 5 (five) days from the day after the announcement of the decision.
The declaration of territorial incompetence and the sending of acts to the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durres as the competent court of residence of the RR Citizen.
