The Tirana Court sentenced Prince Leka Zogu to 1 year in prison, where due to the shortened trial the sentence was reduced to 8 months and suspended to 16 months of probation, for the charge of "Domestic Violence".

Judge Migena Laska sentenced Gjergj Zaharin, Elias' father, to 10 months in prison, which, upon summary judgment, would be reduced to 6 months and 20 days. The court decided to suspend the sentence to 1 year and 40 days on probation.

The same judge declared Elia Zaharia innocent, as the fact does not constitute a criminal offense.

The three people accused of "domestic violence" were tried in a summary trial procedure. The event took place in March 2024, at the royal palace.
