The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Fatime Kryemadhi , who appealed against the interim decision of the GJKKO that when she withdrew her request for summary judgment, the request was not accepted.

The decision was issued today by the High Court, which stated that it does not accept the separate appeal by the defendant Fatime Kryemadhi against the interim decision of 15.06.2026, of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.

Meanwhile, the trial of Fatime Kryemadhi, Ema Coku and Pirro Xixho has been postponed to September due to the court's vacation in August.
