NOTICE

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction seized over 1 million euros of property belonging to the citizen, N.Gj, and his family members, convicted for committing the criminal offenses provided for by articles 283/a/1, 28/4 , 333/a and 334/1 of the Criminal Code.

In the context of property proceedings no. 5 of 2024, initiated mainly by property investigations, it was proven that some of the assets owned and possessed by the citizen N.Gj. and his family had the source in the criminal activity carried out by this citizen.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction submitted to the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction the request for the sequestration of the assets of these citizens. More specifically, the seizure of immovable and movable assets as follows:

1. Property of the type "unit", with an area of ​​100 m2, located in the building "Residential and service building 2-7-10 floors with garage (underground)-ground floor shops", Durrës;
