The persons involved in the assassination of Ardian Çapjas are Suel Çela, who was the orderer, organizer and financier; his brother Mario Çela, who monitored the situation after the event; Ghino Roka, who coordinated the actions on the ground; Kodra affected the person who shot with a sniper, as well as 6 other people.

The appeal of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime in November of last year upheld the first-instance decision sentencing Ardjan Çapjan to life imprisonment together with Florenc Çapjan and Olsi Lekun, on the charge of murdering Nezir and Gentian Beqirit on August 15, 2012.

Regarding the assassinations that were carried out on the Çapja family, referring to the verifications carried out in the Daily Communication system reported by the State Police, it results that:
