Three former Tirana Water Company officials, Ledia Ramo, Ortjon Dhami, and Engjëll Dedja, have been declared innocent of charges of violating equality with tenders.

The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) had accused them of manipulating the criteria of the 1.5 billion lek tender for chemicals and activated carbon for UKT in favor of the company "W Center" sh.pk, with the defendant Bledar Shemaj as partner and administrator.

Only the latter was sentenced to 6 months in prison for forgery, and received a 1/3 reduction in sentence, bringing it to four months. Finally, he was placed on probation on condition that he not commit any criminal offenses.
