A serious incident shook Vlora two days ago, leaving two people injured.

The target of the assassination is believed to have been Kevin Hajrulla, while Armand Spahiu , a street vendor of fruit and vegetables, was also injured during the shooting .

Armand says that he initially thought they were fireworks and lay on the ground, but when the explosions stopped, he got up, got some water from a tobacconist, and saw that he was injured.

Armand Spahiu says that two police officers took him to the hospital after the incident.

"I was at my job. I didn't hear anything that happened. I thought they were fireworks. Then I lay down in the square. When the explosions stopped, I stood up, got a bottle of water and sat down to calm down. When I sat down, I saw that I was injured. I called a police officer and told him that I was injured. They took me in a police car and took me for treatment. At first I thought they were fireworks. I didn't feel the injury at first, after 10 minutes I felt it," said Spahiu.

Asked if he had a message for anyone, Armand Spahiu said: "My message is just gratitude to God above for letting me live."
