GJKKO returns Irena Gjoka's file for investigation, here are some of the
Irena Gjoka

The Special Court has returned the case of Judge Irena Gjoka to SPAK for investigation, for which the Special Prosecution had requested the dismissal of the case, but the Court rejected the request.

With today's decision, the GJKKO requests SPAK to continue the investigations by assigning it several investigative tasks that it must complete within 6 months.

We recall that in the complaint filed by the DP, it was alleged that Judge Irena Gjoka had falsified the decriminalization forms.

After 10 months of investigation, SPAK proved the existence of the Greek sentence, but underlined that Gjoka was unaware of it and that, due to the passage of time, the offense was statute-barred. Claiming that there were no legal conditions for continuing the criminal prosecution, SPAK requested the termination of the investigation.
