The next hearing for the Gërdec case is being held today.

During the hearing, it was learned that SPAK requested to find and summon Anjola Agolli, secretary of the former Minister of Justice Aldo Bumci.

She is expected to be asked about the famous fax "for Shkëlzen". The lady in question was questioned when the tragedy was investigated years ago and it will be seen if she will stand by that testimony.

The former secretary of the former Minister of Justice, Aldo Bumçi, Anjola Agolli, in her testimony given to the prosecutors directly implicated Bumçi as a soldier of Shkëlzen Berisha in the dismantling of weapons in Gërdec.

Agolli has admitted that she sent the fax with the note "For Shkëlzen Berisha..." to a fax number of the Ministry of Defense, and remembers that "Shkëlzen Berisha came to the office and met with the minister before starting the fax..."

Agolli explained the procedure, how he logged the fax and how it was sent to the Ministry of Defense.

It is about a private fax that former minister Aldo Bumçi sent to Shkëlzen Berisha for information, to remind her that he signed the "Memo" approving the business of dismantling weapons in Gërdec.

In the recently held sessions, citizens Shkëlzen Madani, Rezart Tershana, Zenun Fero, Dashnor Çaushi and Besnik Dauti were summoned by SPAK to testify.
