The citizens of Vlora have taken measures after forecasts that the country may face heavy rainfall that will cause flooding.

Just a few days after the coastal city faced massive flooding, streets filled with water that seeped into the first and underground floors of buildings and businesses, the people of Vlorë seem to have anticipated this situation.

This time around, many businesses have placed sandbags in their entrances in an attempt to keep the water out, a sight reminiscent of American cities' preparations for seasonal hurricanes.

We remind you that from the first floods a few days ago, numerous damages were reported, while the citizens say that they have not yet been compensated.
