Ali Pashe Tepelena

In images published on social networks by the Forum for the Protection of Cultural Heritage , it can be seen how within the castle of Ali Pasha Tepelena, concrete constructions have begun within the museum area.

The post states that such an event comes after restorations without criteria and consultations with specialists in the field, while emphasizing that this castle is already losing its historical traces.

Full post:

These photos sent near the Forum by residents of Tepelene show the sad reality of the castle of Ali Pasha Tepelene.

After the "restorations" without any scientific criteria, without consultation with the monuments specialists, without archaeological excavations, concrete constructions have already started inside the museum area.

Apparently, this historical fortress is losing all historical traces due to the official indifference of the Ministry of Culture and other institutions.
