The father of the 33-year-old, Dritan Lalaj, who committed suicide in Hamburg, Germany a day ago, has revealed the reason why his son committed suicide.

The incorrect payment by the owner was the reason that 33-year-old Dritan Lalaj, from Frakulla e Vogël in Fier, ended his life.  

Dritan was an only child, while his mother had passed away before, while his father lives in a miserable condition in the village of Frakulla.

The Lalaj family has opened the doors of the mortuary, while his father Fitim Lalaj received the bitter news just a few minutes ago. Shocked by the loss of his only son, the elderly man tells through tears that his last phone call with his son was three days ago.

He says that his son tried to commit suicide a few days ago, but then he promised that he would not harm himself. After this promise, he calmed down, but unfortunately things did not go as he expected.

Amid illness and extreme poverty, the 33-year-old's father appeals for help to return his son's body.

Meanwhile, the relative Mezin Kacaku claims that 25,000 euros are needed for the return of the body, a sum for which the Albanians in Hamburg have agreed to collect quickly, while he emphasizes that the residents of the area will also try to show solidarity.
