About a month ago, the Government filed a normative act that provided for measures to save energy.

According to this normative act, the exteriors of public institutions, main and secondary intercity roads, monuments and fountains will be dark every day after 20:00.

But while the Government has started propaganda for energy saving, measures are not being taken in some streets of Tirana.

In the photo received by the Vox News editorial office, it can be seen how in the middle of the day in the alleys of the Artificial Lake, the lights on the side of the road continue to be lit.
