Pëllumb Tuda was placed under property investigation and the court says that it has already been proven that his wealth was invested through criminal activities in which he was involved. These assets were put into preventive sequestration two years ago.

The 51-year-old is a well-known name for justice. Tuda was convicted for "Drug Trafficking" and "Prostitution Exploitation". In July 2014, he left Bugu with a permit and injured two people in Durrës, being arrested again.

Also, he was denounced 5 years ago by the bartender in the disco owned by him because he wanted to use her for prostitution, and when the girl refused, he beat her barbarically. But the investigation into this motive was stopped after the girl withdrew her testimony.
