The Greek police have put the 50-year-old Albanian Eduart Danaj in handcuffs, a few hours after he killed his 40-year-old wife Enkelejda Danaj with a knife.

The Greek media reports shocking details of the serious crime, which happened after a fight that the couple from Vlora had shortly before the serious incident.

The 50-year-old shot him and left the knife stuck in his wife's abdomen.

So, the Greek media have published a video from the security cameras where they are heard arguing with each other.

Enkelejda Danaj can be heard calling him several times "leave" and "go away", while he responds by saying "I will kill you".

The body of the 40-year-old woman was found at the intersection of Parnithos and Aristotelous streets. She was spotted around 06:00 by a resident of the area and notified the police.
