Elvis Kosova and a Turkish citizen, identified as Yucehan Er, have been arrested by the police, after they attempted to acquire an Audi vehicle worth 200,000 euros through a fraud scheme.

According to the police, the 39-year-old Turkish man, Yucehan Er, resident in Germany, rented a vehicle, which he brought to Albania and then made a false report that it was stolen near a hotel in Tirana.

From the verifications carried out, it was found that this citizen gave the vehicle to the citizen Elvis Kosova and made a false report about its theft, for profit purposes.

After discovering the scheme, the police say that during the inspection in the yard of a house in the village of Prush, an Audi type vehicle was found parked, which was seized as material evidence, along with 4 mobile phones.

The 20-year-old, the owner of the apartment where the car was parked, is wanted.
