Flutura Basha, 66 years old, is the innocent victim of the Dobrači massacre.

She was apparently traveling by motorbike together with her husband, Bashkimi.

Both were returning home from work, where their 3 children were waiting for them.

But the motorcycle they were traveling on was hit by a "Benz" type car, which was driven by Hamza Lici, who had already died from the bullets.

We recall that 4 people conspired and carried out the murder of Hamza Lic, the brother of Ibrahim Lic.

The young man, only 23 years old, died immediately from the bullets, while his friend, Arlind Bushati, died a few hours later in the hospital.

The son of the former candidate of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Shkodra had received a bullet in the head. This massacre cost the life of a bystander, Flutura Basha.

The latter was going home with her husband, when their motorcycle was hit by Lici's "Benz" who had lost his life at the wheel.

Flutura died on the spot, while Bashkim Basha is in hospital in serious condition. The action to catch the perpetrators has already started, but so far only their burnt car remains.
