This weekend, the north of the country has been gripped by freezing temperatures and heavy snowfall, which has turned winter into mid-spring.

Snow has also covered several mountain villages in the district of Librazhd, such as Fushë Struda in Stebleve administrative unit.

It is learned that the snow reaches a thickness of 5-15 cm.

It is reported that the snow has also fallen in the mountain villages of Elbasan and Gramsh, and in the meantime it continues to fall with average intensity at an altitude of over 750 m above sea level.

Currently, according to Civil Emergencies, there are no problematic situations, but emergency teams and public services are ready to anticipate any situation.
