The Constitutional Court has announced that it will not participate in the public plenary session taking place today at the Constitutional Court , regarding the request submitted by Prime Minister Rama on the issue of the suspension of Belinda Balluku . 

In its official position, the Constitutional Court of Kosovo (GJKKO) assesses that it cannot be legitimized as a party in a constitutional trial where the applicant is the Prime Minister.

According to the court, in a democratic state governed by the rule of law, based on the principle of the rule of law and the separation of powers, a court cannot be summoned or participate as a party to make submissions or defend decisions issued by it.

The GJKKO emphasizes that its participation as an interested party in a constitutional process would violate the constitutional principle of separation of powers, as well as the internal independence of the judiciary.
