The Court of Tirana has ordered a prison sentence for Marash Gjoklajn , who is accused of sexual harassment and threats.
The young man, who under suspicious circumstances had just been released from prison for a similar criminal offense, was arrested this weekend, after being denounced by a 19-year-old woman with the claim that he had sexually harassed her in her workplace.
On the same day, Gjoklaj harassed and threatened a 20-year-old woman with a knife on "Rrugë e Dibra". In front of the black squads, the 27-year-old declared this Monday that he did not carry out the actions for which he is accused.

The police say that Gjoklaj was previously sentenced to 4 years in prison for " Violent sexual relations with adults " and was currently on parole.
The arguments of the court still remain unclear on what basis it granted the young man his freedom despite the conviction for a serious criminal offense.
