One of the most powerful businessmen in the country has been called to SPAK.

Journalist Basir Çollaku says that the businessman in question, considered "oligarch", has stayed for 4 hours inside the premises of SPAK.

Sources for VoxNews.al suggest that it is about the businessman Bashkim Ulaj.
It remains unclear what he was called for, and what Ulaj declared before the SPAK prosecutors.

Ulaj is the owner of several companies, one of the largest builders in Albania, and beneficiaries of many hundred-million euro tenders over the years.
