NAME/ 'Mad' MATJANI holds the 14-year-old hostage inside an apartment,

A 14-year-old girl was deprived of her freedom for several hours by being kept locked in the apartment by a boy 17 years older, the event was recorded in a village in Mati.

Ergys Kertuka , a resident of the village of Frankth, has just ascertained the arrival of the Police services in the village, due to the intensive pursuit and controls that the police were exercising, the 31-year-old left the minor and was able to leave himself.

The 31-year-old has been charged with " Illegal deprivation of liberty ", this is the second case in two days where 14-year-old girls are deprived of their liberty for a few hours. A case was reported yesterday by the Tirana police.
