An eyewitness has spoken about the serious incident where 41-year-old Laert Keka was shot dead two days ago in the city of Vlora.

According to him, the victim was first hit by the perpetrators' vehicle, while then one of them got out of the car and shot him with a volley, according to the witness, in the head and not just three or four bullets.

“None of you have understood the dynamic. The one who was killed ran on foot from the service station to the bank, where he tried to cross the street. If you watch the video, 'Audi' throws it like a rag on the steps of the oven. It appears in the video. 'Audi' stopped at the intersection, the person got off, a single person with an "M5", not a car, with a silencer, went to the head, emptied it three or four times. As can be seen in the video, the order was for Keka to be dead, as a result, the assassins drove back and shot him 4 more times in the head, killing him on the spot.

The entire scene was captured by security cameras in the area, and it is difficult to identify the perpetrators. So far, 30 people have been questioned by the blue uniforms, while around 10 people have been escorted to the Vlora police station.

Among the 30 people interrogated are family members, friends, of the victim who were asked about the conflicts he had or previous events and who declared to their knowledge.

At the scene, 30 cartridges were found, which are mainly Kalashnikov firearms. 6 of the bullets hit the 41-year-old in the body, legs and head. Pistol cartridges were also found at the scene, which indicates that there was an exchange of fire.

It is learned that the victim was a person with a criminal record, as he was previously sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime of theft resulting in death, committed in collaboration.

On the other hand, a few hours after the event, the police also found a burned vehicle that is thought to have been used by the perpetrators to carry out the execution. The burnt "Audi" car was found in the area called "Kotë-Sevaster", where the perpetrators left it on the road and quickly left to hide.

Until now, the reasons that led to his execution are unclear, while there is no suspected perpetrator who has been detained by the Police./TopChannel
