The 49-year-old is suspected of having shot after a momentary conflict at the young man Jozef Çeka. The latter is out of danger for his life, with a minor wound.

After the incident, the perpetrator left the scene and police forces continue to work to locate and arrest him.

Paulin Fusha has a criminal record in the past, having been arrested in 2013 during an anti-drug operation.
