An Albanian was found dead yesterday in Italy. According to local media, it was learned that the dead body of the 65-year-old man was found in the bed of the Bure stream in Candeglia.
The Albanian, identified as Gjon Toma , had left his home since Sunday morning.
It was the family members of the victim who raised the alarm in the Police since he was not returning to the apartment.
At around 17:00 on Sunday, the family members reported to the police and immediately the fire brigade and the effectives in Pistoia started the search in order to find the Albanian. After long hours of searching, the body of Gjon Toma was found yesterday morning.
From the preliminary examination, no signs of violence were found, however, an autopsy is expected to clarify the cause of death.
The man liked to walk in that area and it was not the first time he went up Via Antonelli, the place where he was last seen on Sunday evening by a citizen.
Also, it is known that in that area the 65-year-old had a vegetable garden that he took care of.
"He almost always went there by bicycle, while this time he went out on foot," said his son Renato, who, hoping to speed up the search, had also published an announcement on social networks.
