NAME/ "Disappeared" children in Britain, DailyMail reveals the case:

The father of one of the 200 teenage asylum seekers who disappeared from Home Office hotels last night admitted the boy left so he could not return to Albania.

Dailymail writes that the 18-year-old talks to his father every day and is sending the money he earns from working on a construction site in London to Northwestern Albania. However, Orgito Luka, who was 17 when he disappeared in May last year, is still officially considered missing.

Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick told MPs last week that of the 4,600 unaccompanied child asylum seekers who arrived in the UK since 2021, 440 had disappeared and only half had been returned. Of those still missing, 186 claimed to be either 16 or 17 years old and 176 are from Albania, a safe country.

The Ministry of Health has revealed the names of a dozen Albanian teenagers who disappeared from Home Office-approved hotels last year, most of whom would soon turn 18.

Some of the names do not appear in the Albanian records, suggesting that they may have given false details or mistakes have been made. Others appear to have active social media accounts that show off designer clothes, expensive restaurants and luxury cars.
