SPAK's investigation file for the mega-operation developed between Albania and Italy a few days ago is clarified. In the file of 123 pages, the communications that the members of the criminal group have developed among themselves are explained in detail.

An interesting detail in the investigative file is the codes that the criminal group used to identify the origin of the narcotics and the amounts of money that had to be paid. 

During an anti-drug operation carried out in Bergamo, Italy, where Alfred Luli was arrested along with two other people, about 6 kg of cocaine divided into three bags, as well as an amount of 83.7 kg of hashish and 42, 5 kg of narcotic marijuana.

This operation was carried out by the Italian authorities in January 2017. A notepad was also found in the suspect's apartment where the symbols were deciphered.

In the investigation file of SPAK, it is stated that the interception of criminal groups led by Albanians started in January 2018 after they were informed by the justice of the neighboring country that these people could carry out the same criminal activity in our country.

Another interesting detail in the investigation file is the pseudonym used by Emirjan Bey. According to the wish, he was known by the nickname "Noyzi", as the famous rapper. This is revealed by the conversation between Rexhep Dallup and Enkeleda Bakalli. Dallupi told him that Alfred Luli has always worked on behalf of Emirjan Bey and that a few months before his arrest, he had started to carry out a parallel activity.
