A citizen wanted by order of the Special Court (GJKKO) as part of a structured criminal group has been extradited from Milan.

The extradited Erind Lasku is accused of coordinating the laundering of money for a criminal group in Durrës, earned from drug trafficking.

The Criminal Court of Kosovo, in April 2025, imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on him, for the criminal offense "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.

The citizen who coordinated the laundering of money from a criminal group in Durrës, obtained from drug trafficking, is being extradited from Milan.

As a result of the very close partnership of specialists from the Interpol Directorate with those from Interpol Rome, during this phase of the "The Wanted" operation, the extradition procedure from Italy to Albania of citizen EL was finalized.

He was wanted internationally, because the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in April 2025, assigned him the security measure " Arrest in prison ", for the criminal offense " Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity ", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.

At the head of the scheme is Adi Çoba himself, who turns out to be the leader of the organization, which procured and sent large quantities of heroin and cocaine to Italy from abroad.

He coordinated and directed from Albania the activities of other members of the organization, Albanians and Italians.
