The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has imposed a security measure of imprisonment for the Iranian citizen Bijan Pooladrag, who is accused of terrorism.

Sources for the media know that the Iranian citizen has been sentenced to 15 years in prison, while due to the shortened sentence he benefits from a total of 10 years in prison.

SPAK accuses the Iranian citizen of a series of criminal offenses such as terrorist organization, attacks on the computer system, tampering with unauthorized computer data, while he has denied all of them.

SPAK's suspicions are that the Iranian was part of the members of the mujahedin and a resident of the camp in Manez and is suspected of acting as an infiltrator of the refugees in Albania, and that he was planning a terrorist attack.
