The Tirana police have identified the perpetrator who the day before brutally raped the 42-year-old Rigels Kaso .

It is learned that the 34-year-old man from Peshkopia, Bajram Gjelesh , who assaulted him with strong objects for weak motives, is wanted .

42-year-old Kaso is in a serious state of health, it is even reported that he has suffered clinical death.

Police notification: 

Following the preliminary notification given yesterday, on 15.07.2024, the specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, and are working to capture the citizen B. Gj., 34 years old, born in Peshkopi and resident in Tirana.

Citizen B. Gj., yesterday, on 15.07.2024, on "Sokrat Miho" street, allegedly for weak motives, hit citizen RK, 42 years old, resident of Bilisht, who is located in hospital, under the care of doctors.

The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offense "Deliberate grievous bodily harm", provided for by Article 88 of the Criminal Code.
