Three Albanian citizens, one of whom is under investigation by SPAK, have been arrested by Greek police in a large-scale anti-drug operation conducted on the island of Mykonos.
The police investigation revealed the existence of a criminal group, whose members, at least since May 2025, had been trafficking quantities of cocaine, pink cocaine, marijuana, and drug tablets in the Mykonos area.
Specifically, the members of the group settled in three rented apartments, adjacent to each other, which they used as “shelters”, storing narcotics. They then traveled either by private vehicle or by motorbike, which they had as “operational” vehicles, to areas of the island, where they sold the substances to their “clients”, obtaining a large financial benefit.
Spiro Lila , 30 years old, and Roland Allka , 33 years old, both from Gramshi, as well as Euglend Dumi , 36 years old, from Vaqarri, Tirana, were arrested by the police .
Lila is a wanted person by SPAK, as part of a criminal group based in Saranda, struck down in May 2019 by the former Serious Crimes Prosecutor's Office, which was carrying out international drug trafficking.
Regarding the operation in Greece, the group, in order to achieve their illegal goal and avoid detection, while trading the substances, a member of the organization stood outside the residences, acting as a telephone guard.
At the same time, members traveling to the transportation point either moved to different areas of the island, making short stops, observing passing vehicles, or moved at high speed, making dangerous maneuvers.
From the checks carried out, with the help of a police dog, 932.22 grams of cocaine, 7 grams of pink cocaine, 899 grams of marijuana, 1.4 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 93 narcotic tablets, 5,060 euros, 1 pistol, 10 cartridges, 1 knife, 1 vehicle, 1 motorcycle, 3 precision electronic scales and 4 mobile phones were found and seized.
As it turned out, the group's expected illegal financial gain from the sale of seized narcotics exceeds the amount of 100,000 euros.
The quantities of drugs seized will be sent for laboratory examination, while the seized amount of money will be sent to the Deposits and Loans Office of the Mykonos Tax Office.
