A brief conflict ended with one person injured in Milot, this Wednesday, at around 2:55 p.m.

The incident is suspected to have started after a wrong-way overtaking on the road, which then degenerated into a physical confrontation. Involved in the altercation are brothers Elio and Claudio Kola, as well as their cousin Gerardo Kola, all three residents of Milot, and Arber Aliu, 30, from Malbardha.

During the collision, Aliu was injured by a cutting tool on his left rib and was taken to the hospital. Doctors say his life is out of danger. Police arrested Claudio Kola, suspected of injuring and damaging Aliu's vehicle.

The latter is being prosecuted for false declaration, while Elio and Gerardo Kola are under investigation at large.

Investigations to fully elucidate the circumstances of the incident continue.
