A serious incident was recorded during midnight in the village of Çukas in Lushnja, where a conflict over weak motives ended with gunfire.

According to the Police report, citizen RG, 56 years old, owner of a bar in the area, is suspected of shooting his client, 58-year-old RM, in the leg. The latter was immediately transported to the hospital and is out of danger.

The author has been declared wanted by the Crime Investigation specialists of the Lushnja Police Commissariat, while investigations for his capture and arrest continue.

Sources from the scene indicate that the owner of the gas station in Çukas, Resul Gashi, injured customer Ramadan Menka with a gun after an argument.
