Ermir Luca was put in handcuffs a few hours after he wounded Alfred Marku with a gun on the beach of Tales at noon this Sunday.

The 30-year-old perpetrator, after wounding the 27-year-old with a weapon, fled the scene in a vehicle, but a few hours later he was located and handcuffed.

It is learned that initially the two young men had a physical conflict, and then Luca shot him again.

It is suspected that Mark harassed Luca's girlfriend, which led to the degradation of the quarrel to the use of a weapon.

The 27-year-old received injuries in the pelvic area, and after first aid at the Lezha hospital, he was transported to the Trauma Hospital.
