Email of Gladis Nano, journalist: Talo Çela has always moved freely

Journalist Eni Ferhati said that there were always indications that Talo Çela moved without a problem. " It was not really thought to move in such a populated area in front of the largest hospital in the country where it is assumed that exposure in such open environments is an added risk for a highly sought-after and highly media-driven person ," he said. Ferhati.

Ferhati recalled that dozens of operations have been carried out for Talo Çela, even in difficult areas such as the surroundings of Elbasan, coastal areas, but he has never been arrested. According to the journalist, the media found him before the police and Çela himself said that he lives a normal life.

In August 2021, the Anti-Terror Unit, which was headed by Gladis Nano, collected information about the much-wanted Talo Çela.

In the letter bearing the signature of Gladis Nanos, which was made public by hackers, it is written that the wanted person Talo Çela has been seen moving in Tirana for some time in July and August last year.

The document states that Çela drove a blue Audi Q8 and was once seen driving with a woman in the car.
