The behavior of the State Police officers has recently opened a public debate, after the death of 32-year-old Lear Kurti, where it still remains a mystery whether he was subjected to violence or not.

Recently, JOQ has published a video showing a policeman dressed as a civilian forcibly arresting a citizen. From the footage filmed with an amateur camera, it can be seen that the civilian officer forcefully lays the citizen on the ground and then holds his hands back.

Other young people present at the scene become curious and try to get closer, while then the uniformed officers come to handcuff them.

From the voices in the background, it is suspected that the young man has been detained on the charge of drug trafficking.
