The court has imposed a 60-day prison sentence for Sajmir and Landi Mir , the two brothers who killed Indrit Ndoj in Fushë Krujë a few days ago. The two brothers have changed their testimony before the Court today, saying that they did not kill the 34-year-old.

While on the day of the arrest, Saturday, October 22, the two brothers admitted the crime and expressed regret for everything that had happened to the victim. They said that they did not plan to kill Indrit Ndoji and that the situation got out of control, Indrit Ndoji was found dead in a canal by the side of the road by his family while they were on their way to work.

The body was found after 08.00 am on Friday, October 21, while it is suspected that the 34-year-old man was there dead for about 8-9 hours.

The Miri brothers were arrested by the police on Saturday, October 22, according to experts, the unfortunate 34-year-old was shot by the perpetrators with a screwdriver. So the blue uniforms indicate that the legal evidence that led to the investigation of the incident and the identification of the perpetrators was seized.

The two brothers had a physical conflict, for weak motives, with the 34-year-old man, who was under "house arrest" security measure and had broken the measure by going out into the street.
