Following the arrest of a teacher at a private kindergarten in Tirana accused of raping a two-year-old, details of the incident are emerging.

Everything happened in the "Lala" kindergarten on Aleksandër Mojsiu Street, villa 18/3, former Kinostudio. When the two-year-old child was taken home from kindergarten by his parents, they noticed that he had bruises on his cheek. Then they took him to the hospital to see what caused it and initially they thought it was a fight between children, reports A2 CNN.

The police then reviewed the kindergarten's cameras and discovered that at a moment when the 2-year-old child was crying, the 32-year-old educator approached and slapped him twice on the cheek. After reviewing the cameras, the police immediately arrested the 32-year-old educator, who had worked in the same profession abroad. In fact, a check of the kindergarten's Instagram and Facebook pages shows that they have closed both after the incident.
