The head of the government, Edi Rama, spoke in this Saturday's podcast about Albania's journey towards the European Union.

While talking with his guest, Minister Adea Pirdeni, he also touched on the surgical intervention he did a few days ago, saying that in the momentum of developments and meetings on the eve of the meeting for the opening of the group of chapters.

He said that although he needed to stay for at least three days off after the intervention, this was impossible as the day after that he would have to welcome the president of Turkey and the day after that he would leave for Hungary to meet Viktor Orbán.

"I had to perform a surgical intervention and take the roads against science, completely, that I should stay at least 3 days off, but it was 3 days completely impossible because the next day I had to stay on my feet to wait for the Sultan, who was coming from East, then the next day I had to take the roads to the center of the former Hungarian empire to meet my friend Viktor Orban, who is also the prime minister of the country that has the EU presidency, to thank him for everything Hungary did for this last push and then I have to to go together and finally sit on that mahogany as equals to start talking.

This led to the fact that under the effect of some very strong injections, which resulted in staying without sleep to avoid pain, I walked around the screens after many years. I don't follow them, it's universally known that I don't follow TV debates, portals, I get information very briefly about the most important information, but I have physical inability to be able to work if I follow that nonsense.

But from what I saw at that moment, I understood that it is necessary for the public to be informed because there is a fog, a misunderstanding, a mixture of chatter", said Rama.
