The sister of Manderina Çela spoke to the media about the wounding of the latter by her ex-partner Ilia Çami , in Korçë .

Marjana Plaka, stated that she saw the scene live, saying that the perpetrator pushed her to the ground and stabbed her.

According to her, the former couple had many problems and that Çami had been stalking her for 2 years.

Marjana Plaka: I saw him from the hospital, the sister was passing by the hospital road and he stepped in front of her, laid her on the ground and stabbed her. He had many problems before, he was following him for 2 years, after his sister ended the relationship. His sister had reported him to the police, she was granted a protection order, but she continued to harass him. The author was in Greece for 4 months, came back and started harassing her again. She went out for her work, he left her alone. The sister told him not to follow me, because I have a husband and children. The sister laid the nephew here, he saw him and laid him down, put the knife in him.

Police notification:

Around 10:00, in neighborhood no. 4, citizen I. Ç., 41 years old, is suspected of stabbing citizen M. Ç. with a knife, who was sent for treatment to the hospital, and her life is out of danger.

The suspected perpetrator, citizen I. Ç. (arrested previously for stalking this citizen), was captured by the Police and escorted to the premises of the Korçë Police Station, for further procedural actions.

The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances and legal documentation of the case.
