A 30-year-old woman from Greece was used as a prostitute by a 28-year-old man, who then took two men to steal her by force. The Durrës police arrested one of the perpetrators of the violence today and announced a search for the accomplice. 

During the first phase of this operation, the 28-year-old F.Papagiannis from Greece, who had used this 30-year-old for prostitution, was caught in the Kapshtica PKK, while trying to leave the country.

The 28-year-old arrested 2 days ago, also the organizer of this violent theft. Valter Daka, 23 years old, was arrested and a 54-year-old AV citizen was declared wanted.

As a result of the investigations carried out for the report of a 30-year-old woman, who was prosecuted in a free state, for the criminal offense "Prostitution", on 29.08.2023, as part of the "Indicia" operation, that in the apartment where she carried out this illegal activity , 2 citizens had violently stolen a sum of money, the services of the Durrës Police Station have organized the work to catch the perpetrators.

As a result, citizen VD, 23 years old, resident of Berat, was caught and imprisoned, as well as citizen AV, 54 years old, resident of Kučovo, was declared wanted.

The investigations showed that in cooperation with each other, these citizens, organized by the citizen FP (who used the 30-year-old woman for prostitution), stole 3000 euros from the 30-year-old woman, by violence, in her apartment.
The work to capture the AV citizen continues

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Theft with violence", committed in cooperation.
