Prosecutors of SPAK have read the evidence provided by the investigations against Fredi Beleri and his associate Pandeli Kokaveshi, in the session that is being held at GJKKO.

It is known that the investigators managed to break down Kokaveshi's phone, revealing a series of incriminating messages that he exchanged with Fredi Beleri before the local elections on May 14, but also with other people.

Inside Kokaveshi's phone, in the "WhatsApp" application, a group named "Himara ime je ti" was discovered, where Kokaveshi promised Greek documents to the residents of Himara.

At one point Beleri even wrote to Kokaveshi warning him. "What are these conversations, you will be burned by these", he wrote to Beleri-Kokavesh.

SPAK says that Greek documents were offered to the citizens of Himara Municipality in exchange for voting for Fredi Beleri.

Thus, Beler's phone could not be unlocked, as he refused to hand over the code. But SPAK investigators have examined the phone of the witness Arsen Rama, where they have discovered that he had communications from Beler's number.
